Once a person reaches their weight loss goal does MFP up the calories to a maintenance level?

you will have to manually set it to maintain, but yes - you will get more calories0

You change your goals to maintenance and then it recalculates it for you0

Once a person reaches their weight loss goal does MFP up the calories to a maintenance level?
As you near your goal, you should adjust your weekly loss goal downward. As a rule of thumb, once you are within 20-30 pounds of your goal, you should target no more than about a half pound per week. Step it down as you near that and by the time you reach maintenance, you will be perfect! Enjoy the added nutrition!0 -
