Thanks to all of you that have been given support.My Dad is doing better.He is at home and everything is going better.
I'm back to what I started on February.Igot to lose weight and I'm decided to do it this year and it does not matter how long it will take, I won't give up.
He gave me some tips to accelerate my metabolism with food and to flat my abdomen, lose weight without sagging skin.
Olive oil extra virgin, chick peas, steak, lemon, almonds, eggs, wheat pasta, green vegetables, avocado, oats, are some of food to eat, salmon, chicken breast, pork, whole milk,baked or steamed potatoes, wheat bread,butter, herbs(tarragon, basil, oregano, cilantro, parsleys, colander, all green herbs), sea salt, sugar cane sugar or brown sugar, fruits(apple, pear, pineappple, grapefruits, purple or deep red grapes,mango, papaya, melons-cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon,a lot(24-48 oz at least) of water before six pm, kale, tomatoes, carrots, raw pickles with rind,lettuce(romaine, iceberg, any other green leaves), green pepper, chili or jalapeno, tabasco sauce or any hot sauce(this is good to accelerate metabolism but also for women's cancer prevention),pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, green tea-hot and coffee, dark chocolate(not dark milk chocolate)whipped cream, jello without sugar, yogurt icecream.This is part of the list.
Try to combine them. You can eat everything else once a week but on limited amounts.White food like pasta, bread, rice, potatoes, yucca, and white vegetables should be eaten before 4pm prefer them at noon.
For those who get dinner after four pm, try to eat steak, pork or salmon with greens vegetables and kale or green leaves lettuce.
This is just part of it.You can eat anything if you measure it.I make it 1/2 cup of white, meat(fish, pork, steak etc.)vegetables, fruits and 1 or 2 cups of greens, and 8oz milk(this help with sugar level but it has to be whole milk).
