Half marathon training

I want to train for a half marathon and like Hal Higdons program. I am currently up to 6.2 miles for my longest run and usually run no less than 4.5. My question is where do I pick up my training? I currently am running 3 days a week and doing no other exercise. By this programs I am about halfway through according to mileage achieved, but am worried about the lack of strength training and continuity. Anyone have any suggestions or advice?
