crunches combined with cardio. Pilates (if you go to a gym that offers this) is really good for core strengthening as well....I go to a Pilates class once a week and have seen a huge difference!
Mine is slowly starting to come around....my abs are rock hard, but still have a little flub to get rid of so they can be seen.0
