How do you figure a normal treadmill for calories burned? Its not listed.....Also how do you count strength training...It does not show calories....

You can select one of the various options for walking/running in regards to a treadmill. Also, there can be quite a bit variance. Does the treadmill you are using allow for the input age/weight/gender? If not, you might want to considering getting a heart rate monitor, for a better calculation of burned calories.0

The answer is always to use a HRM :-) Otherwise, just use the MFP estimate for how fast and long you were going, but I'd only use 60-75% of the calories they report.
You can keep the time the same and edit the calorie number if you want.0
