What is this cut off time of which you speak?

some ppl seem to not want to eat after a particular time of night..was just wondering about other ppl's ideas on this. of course i totally agree that if you are hungry and still have remaining calories to use..late snacking is not a problem...just like in everything else..it's diff strokes for diff folks...thx for the responses :-)

I cut off at 7:30...even set an alarm on my phone to remind me that pops up with a text: THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED!

    Cute idea!!

    I do have a cut off time - it's nothing after 8pm.

I used to eat before bed - and I found out that I would actually choke at night - woke up several times coughing and choking almost vomiting. So I don't eat right before bet - I usually go to bed around 11pm or midnight.

Usually at dinner around 7:30. Then I exercise after, so I am not hungry after that. I just drink water for the rest of the night.

It's midnight here, I just finished my last snack and I'm about to go to bed. So yeah, just before I get into bed. LOL

I try to make my cut off time 8pm, considering I usually go to sleep around 12-1am and my last lunch break at work is 7:30pm. I like there to be a several hour gap between last meal and bedtime.

I keep a warm pot of chocolate beside the bed in case i wake up hungry... then I can just grab a bed bug and coat it in chocolate fondue :)

I don't like crumbs in the bed, so as soon as I get into bed, that's it for food.

Right before I go to sleep. Usually a slow digesting protein like casein protein and/or cottage cheese. Sometimes I mix the two which combined taste like pudding. It's not Bill Cosby pudding, but it's good..
