I went to the store today and pick up some groceries I was tired of fish and wanted some tacos but I am on a low carb diet this week so I decided to ditch the carbs and come up with something creative. There is no tacos shells needed and I believe that if anyone have kids they are sure to love it as it packs with lots nutritional benefits. This dinner cost under 20 bucks that would should last me the remainder of the week! What's not to love lol :)

Here's the recipe:

*Lean Ground Turkey
*Vegetable Broth
*Kale
*Sprinkle any Shredded Cheese of your choice (mozzarella, etc..)
*Sour Cream

Directions: Heat a pan on stove on low temp put some olive oil on pan til warm then pop in the ground turkey (season the turkey with salt, pepper, spices and herbs) and when the turkey have a brown color go right ahead and put in the Vegetable Broth. Just a couple of tablespoons can do the trick just to bring out the flavor from the seasoning of the turkey. Takes about 15 minutes.

*Rinse Kale and place on plate and start stacking the turkey, shredded cheese, and sour cream and enjoy this yummy treat!!

Super Delicious and super fast to eat and is so CRUNCHY just like a real taco you would not even miss the taco shells anymore and my sister came to try it and was a little nervous and end up LOVING IT!! Anyways thought might share some recipe with you guys a quick easy very low carb meal that is way under 500 calories and is so tasty!!!
