Hello everybody! New to the site, but not to losing weight. My weight yo-yo's a lot, but for the first time I've been able to maintain. I'm hoping to jump start my metabolism and be my own motivator, but of course I fail a lot at that, which is why I'm here! Motivation and encouragement. I still have a bit to go, but I'm going more towards gaining muscle while losing fat. Burn baby burn!
