...that they can no longer be lazy? I swore to myself that spring break was going to be an ENTIRE REST WEEK. I lasted three days. I literally resorted to jogging in place in time to some crazy japanese tachno thing, spinning in circles and doing insane stretching positions just to work off a FRACTION of the energy bouncing around inside of me. I left all of my workout clothes at Uni, so now I'm stuck at home being workout deprived because I'm nuts. I feel like I'm going to explode from the energy. Has this happened to anyone else? How do you deal with it?

Well when it comes to exercise and eating healthy I stay on track no matter what... but when it comes to things I ought to be doing like fixing up my apartment or something like that I still tend to procrastinate a bit.0
