I suck at counting calories!!!!

HELP me.....it seems that I cant lose weight while counting cals, this is my second attempt to log and track my cals and nope not one pound in three weeks. What the heck? My daily cals were like 1400-1800 at the most. And with 60lbs plus to lose I THOUGHT that range would be fine. What am I doing wrong here

    Are you weighing all the food that can be weighed and measuring the liquids? Are you accounting for every single thing -- including the candy you took off the desk at work, the chips that you nibbled from your boyfriend's bag, the butter you put on your toast ... etc? (These aren't specific, just general examples of things that might be forgotten to log.)

    Even 1800 every day should be fine for losing with where you are so I'd really double-check your logging. Small things can add up quickly.
