Lacking energy

So I thought that when you lose weight you are supposed to be more energized...I'm down over 20 pounds and I am way lacking energy and tired all the time. I get 8 hours of sleep almost every night, going to bed at the same time and getting up around the same time. I exercise a few days a week. I am a stay at home mom with one year old twins, but was a stay at home mom before I started my weight loss journey. Does anybody else have experience with a drop in your energy level when losing weight? Did it have to do with calories? I was using what myfitnesspal recommended for a while but I plateaued out so I dropped my calories another 100 from what is recommended (but I eat more than that due to exercising and breastfeeding). Any advice on what worked for you and how you boosted your energy back to normal would be great?!

Yes! I've lost almost ten and thought I've have a great boost of energy, but I'm tired all day! I wake up tired. I just assume it's the exercise :ohwell:
