Hi Everyone. I'm a newbie to MyFitnessPal. I have been dieting for well over a year. Due to some setbacks the past few months, I have put some of weight back on and I am NOT happy about it. But it is time for me to get back on track. I have been doing fairly well the past week. I welcome any suggestions and help from anyone and everyone. And I will be more than happy to support anyone who needs it. I know the road to our goals aren't easy, so any help and suggestions are welcome. Thanks for reading! :)
