Thursday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Push-ups
Let's see if we can do 100.
Starting today the new rules are:
You can break them up into sets but your first set MUST be as many as you can do in one set. In other words, we want to build up our strength to do these exercise.
Do them the hardest way you can and make sure you follow proper form which ever way you decide to do them.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
Have them done before midnight. "Midnight" is when YOU go to bed.
My challenges are open to all. You can log these as calisthenics.

I love mini challenges... sounds fun. But, I think my arms would fall off if I tried to do that many. I would have to do "girl style" and might make it to 20 or 30. :grumble:0

I need a challenge, I will try too, I know I have done 5 girls style...( I have a bad shoulder), but have been trying to work it.0

Hey, guess I'm only going to get "E" for effort. I did 30, and my shoulder hurts-old injury I had2 surgery on it. So instead I'm trying to get to 100 situps.0

Well, I did my sit ups, all 100 of them..whew-may pay for this tommorow...think I'm going to challenge myself to do these daily...maybe not a hundred though. I'm happy with my exercise today, I've been slacking. Thanks for posting a challenge. Hope you all do well. T0

I did it! All 100. 4 sets of 25 and the first 5 of each set were on the toes. The rest on my knees.0
