Upped my calories and lost weight!

I know this has been posted before but I'm so excited! The first 5 weeks were great I was dropping lbs and then it stopped. So I upped my cals to 1440 and I lost 1.3lbs! I'm so excited.

  • Congrats! I bet you feel great. I weighed 132lbs for 8 weeks but lost a ton of inches, so the scale didn't matter to me. Lately I have just been eating when I am hungry and netting around 1400-1500 instead of my 1300 and I have lost 3lbs in the last 3 days. It still feels good when the scale follows, I think that it is my body catching up lol. I have just started weight training about 3 weeks ago and it really started my loss.
    So congrats I know how wonderful it feels not to have to starve yourself to lose weight:)
