Hi Guys,
I'm looking for dinner ideas for me and my boyfriend. I'm cutting out anything that contains wheat in, so no bread, pasta, pastry, wraps etc.... Think Rice, Potatoes!
Any ideas will help!!!

I just had beef and shiitake mushroom stir-fry for tea... yummmm
heres the recipe...
Beef and Shiitake Mushroom Stir-Fry
Makes 4 serves, (288 calories each)
Ingredients
2 teaspoons cornflour
½ cup beef stock
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
500g sirloin, finely sliced
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
150g shiitake mushrooms, halved
4 spring onions, cut into 2cm pieces
100g snow peas
2 cups baby spinach
1 brown onion, cut into wedges
1 cup broccoli
Directions
In a cup mix cornflour, stock, soy and sesame oil.
Combine beef, peanut oil, garlic and ginger in a large bowl. Heat wok over high heat. When wok is hot stir-fry beef mixture in batches until browned, set aside.
Add onion to wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes, add broccoli and stir-fry for 2 minutes, add mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add spring onions and snow peas and toss to combine.
Stir cornflour mixture, then pour into wok and stir over high heat until sauce has thickened
Return beef to wok and heat through, toss through baby spinach to wilt slightly.
Serve with rice if desired (not included in calorie total).0 -

Broiled Tilapia with Garlic
Gina's Weight Watcher Recipes
Servings: 6 servings • Time: 15 minutes • Points: 4.5 ww points
Ingredients:
6 tilapia fillets (6oz)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
salt and pepper
1 lemon
Directions:
Wash fish and pat dry. Line broiler pan with tin foil. Place fish on the tin foil and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and top with crushed garlic.
Set broiler to low and place fish about 8 inches from the flame. Cook until fish is cooked through, about 7 minutes (be careful not to burn garlic). Serve with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Add some Veggies and Quinoa or Whole Grain Rice0
