Hi all,
I read so much about both I'm more confused now.My exercise routine has been mostly an hour of cardio 5-6 days a week. (treadimill interval) burning about 300 cals.
I'm really happy with the weight loss progress, but I know it's time to include some strength training.
I have a few concerns, although I'm willing to bust my A**. I'm not a kid, and I've had a knee surgery less than 9 months ago.
And the biggest thing is I haven't done any serious working out in years.
What do you suggest.?
