Hi everyone! I have used calorie counting in the past and it has worked, but I usually give up. I have put on 20 lbs without any change in my diet in the last 4 years and I want it gone. I'm hoping this site will help and give me some motivation. I'm looking for friends/support from other women around my age.....I'm 36. so please add me if you'd like.
