Fat / Sugar / Protein - what are your limits?

I think where I am going wrong is giving in every now and then to cake/cookie/bad cravings and replacing the calories with bad ones. So even though I may keep my calories very low, I'm being unhealthy.
Would should be a limit on Saturated Fat and Sugar for a 5'7 female and what should my Protein range be (I feel like I should make sure I have a good amount each day as I want to tone my body)?

If you're having trouble, focus on your macros and don't get so worked up about the rest. Once you get a handle on your macros, then you can hone in the rest if you want.
Your goal (i.e. minimum, not limit) for protein should be roughly 1g per lb of lean body mass. If you don't know your LBM, you can shoot for ~.5-.75g of total body weight (use .5 if you are more overweight, .75 if you are less).
** NOTE: this assumes no over arching health issues (high blood pressure, diabetes, etc)0
