Help I am so tired I make time to eat but not much else. I have to get out of this funk feeling a little overwhelmed and need to get back on track...I did make time to walk and swim a little but also made time to eat the wrong foods. Maybe mothers day got me out of sync

When I am in a funk I don't concentrate on doing my hardest or longest workout. Actually, I just go out for a leisurely stroll with my ipod on. Listen to some catchy music and don't worry about making this the greatest workout ever! Just focus on having a little fun.
Hope this works! Good luck, you can do it!

I have lost the same amount as you. You are doing well. I think that a pound a week is an ok weight loss, at least it is a loss!!!!

    You will do it!

Some days you make a lot of progress, and some days you just make a little, but it ain't over 'til you quit. So don't quit,,,

    You'll find it.

thanks for the words of wisdom it helped. I think Mothers day and a birthday party when tired made me weak and Monday too, but I am back on the horse and eating healthy again. Funny how 3 days can cause 2.5 lbs of weight increase but it takes 3 weeks or so to loose it...The best advice was to just not worry about it and relax and when I don't try so hard and relax about weight loss it comes off easier...

That 2-1/2 pounds in 3 days is mostly fluid. Think about it - 2.5 pounds is close to 9000 calories. That's the whole birthday cake, plus the candles, and possibly one of the smaller partygoers. You didn't eat that much,,,

Ya, just relax. Stay diligent but calm, and it'll come. Good job climbing back on.
