Talk about challenging!!! It's amazing how they incorporated some of the weekly challenges into the Wii. Like pushing a Cannon up the Hill and then cranking it to shoot a Cannon Ball or slide and run 3x. Talk about a sweat & heart rate in the Green Zone!
