Hello!
I am new here, my doc recommended this sight. I had a very bad BP reading yesterday in his office and my weight is up again! I knew it was going to happen! I have been out of control lately. I feel really really ready now and I need all the support and motivation I can possibly get. I have to see the doc again in a month and he wants me to have lost 5 lbs. I really think I can do this! Help!
