Skinny Beotches
I have just discovered a population on here that I never knew existed (sorry to be out of the loop, it happens)...I am talking about really skinny (like they look TOO skinny) young girls, mostly in the late teens/early twenties age range...And they all seem to be friends with each other..
The reason this surprises me is that it's a fine line between healthy lifestyle/healthy weight, and obsession with food/eating disorder, and I know this site is all about being healthy and strong without going underweight..
I don't judge these girls, I actually feel for them, if they are in fact struggling with an E.D...I don't know why I was so surprised to see them here either, as I can see how this site would appeal to anyone who's obsessed with being skinny skinny and watches what they eat like a hawk...and undereats and overexercises..
Anyway, if you are one of those girls reading this, let me say, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! You were created just the way you are meant to be...and noone, including yourself, has a right to see you as being anything as less than perfect!
Ironically, and this is true of the E.D. population (I have worked with E.D. sufferers as a health professional) most of these girls are stunningly pretty and have no clue how beautiful they really are.
Anyway, this is my thought for today and I am going to go ponder this as I go to the treadmill!

Just curious, but what weight range do you consider "too skinny"?0

I guess I would consider anything well below the lowest weight of someone's weight range "too skinny".
For example, for my height and gender, my weight range is 114-150 pounds, so anything well below 114, I would consider too skinny.0 -
yeah I know what you mean, you know when you truly need to lose weight (after the Doctor tells you), some I agree are a little thin and I have no clue what there trying to lose, its an unhealthy mind game.I do agree.0
