FitBit question

I recently got a FitBit. I like it for the most part I like the FitBit but there are a few things that I'm not sure about.

Last night I wore the FitBit to sleep and when I woke up it said I had taken 41 steps (and woke up 4 times during the night) and burned 641 calories. How am I taking steps in my sleep? I understand burning calories but 641 calories seems like a lot.

I have my weight and height set correctly on my FitBit. Am I doing something wrong?

Did you have it in the wrist holder? Those 'steps' should show up as 'active.' You may want to check your sensitivity setting. One last suggestion is to post your question on the fitbit website.
  • Yes I had my FitBit in the wrist holder. Also my sensitivity setting is on normal.
