Post-Surgery Do's and Don't

So, I had ACL surgery about 5 months ago and just barely have started jogging again and me knee is finally starting to feel close to normal. I'm at about 85% back to normal in that knee.
I've been doing a modified version of p90x, some salsa dancing, and just trying to walk more but I find that I am much more "reserved" or "cautious" about being active. I'm mentally still worried I'm going to snap that little tendon again.
Anyone come back from knee surgery or have any tips that helped them to get back to normal?
