when weighing pasta or rice, do you weigh uncooked or cooked

I am cooking wholemeal spagetti tonight with tomatoes sauce and tuna. do i weigh the pasta raw or cook it and then weigh it cooked.

I always weigh mine afterwards, as the box usually gives a cooked/noncooked breakdown, and go by that weight and then cooked.
