Yesterday at Sunflower Market, I got roped into trying a free sample of, and purchasing a box of, Yakult. I was just curious if anyone's tried/ used/ liked/ disliked it??? I think it tastes yummy but is it worth the calories and sugar? Does it really work miracles like the friendly saleslady told me yesterday?
THANKS!
THANKS!

I don't know specifically about Yakult, but when I was a nanny for 5 toddlers I drank a probiotic drink everyday. I never once got sick even though those kids were constantly swapping illnesses. I have read a bit about probiotics and the immune system, and it seems there is some debate whether or not they work. However, it seemed to work for me. I think it's worth a shot, especially if it's to avoid getting sick.0
