    After looking at their menu, either the shrimp key west, or the medditeranian salad with the dressing on the side.

    Both look good an pretty low cal/healthy

    chicken fajitas. Because I would eat half and save the rest of the filling and warm it up and have it over salad for lunch or dinner the next day.

    The last time I was there I got the California Turkey Burger with sweet potato fries...SO yummy and relatively healthy because it's ground turkey rather than beef, and sweet potato fries, though they are fried, are better than regular fries...

    I usually get the child's ribs and broccoli. It keeps me around 500 or so calories.
