My goal is to reach 200 pounds, but I have not been weighed in over a year... Getting a scale today so I can start some serious healthy goals. :) I love music, riding my bike, reading, taking pictures, and writing poetry. Graduating this Cinco de Mayo! It would be nice if I were graduating healthier than when I went in. Currently I do have high cholesterol, and that's my purpose for joining myfitnesspall so I can eat better and live longer. Hope to get motivated by friendly people here~

    Welcome! I also have high cholesterol, as does my Dad and little brother, runs in the family :( Im going to add you as a friend and we can support each other together! that ok?

    absolutely! I'd like to also see what works for others and what does not. Support is always welcomed, and I'll do my best to give it as well~ My family has history of heart disease as well.
