Is anyone like me?

Has anyone heard of HSP? Have you read the book "The Highly Sensitive Person" by Elaine Aron? I came across it the other day while doing research on things that I feel and don't understand and I took the self test. I was wondering if anyone else on here knows or thinks that they are an HSP as defined by Aron as a person with a highly or overly sensitive nervous system. There is a web site if you wanna check it out and see what I am talking about. I just really want to find other people like me to talk to...to understand..to help and support each other.

I really think not knowing this or understanding this about myself was what caused a lot of depression in my early life (which lead to eating and becoming overweight)...
