Hey everyone :)

I've just started tracking my calories and such as of Monday. I've done this before a few years ago and I've gained about half of it back. :( I'm not looking to be skinny; just to be happy and healthy.

My biggest effort will have to be put towards motivation to exercise.

I guess I'm posting this to find some people that are going through the same deal. Being able to talk to someone with similar struggles is way better than going it alone.

P.S. I'm terrible with introductions!
