Does anyone really know any accurate calories burned for doing the Leslie Sansone 4 mile super challenge. Its a 60 minute workout but I am not sure how to calculate calories burned and I need them so I can keep track of my exercise progress. Thanks to anyone who can help.

I see you didn't get an answer on that question. I was searching for the answer to this one, and think I will post a new topic to see what response I get.

As for now, I usually just log it as general aerobics. It is more than just a walk, because she incorporates those arm movements in there.

On Leslie Sansone's website, the question of calories burned is answered in her blog. She states that you burn 100 calories per mile without boosters and 125 to 150 with boosters. The link is below. I hope this helps.

Also, the way I log my Leslie walks into my exercise tracker is to create a new exercise and I title it the name of the DVD. I already have 4 Leslie exercise DVDs in my tracker, including the 4 mile super challenge. Let me know if you have any questions.

ok, that sounds pretty close to what I have been doing (using the general aerobics exercise factor). An obvious flaw in her logic, it doesn't take individual body types into account (i.e. taller people will burn more than shorter people).
