okay with number on scale want to lose inches advice

hi i weigh 133 and am 5 2.5 i am an athletic curvy small 27 yo woman i just had a baby 4mths ago and want to get leaner and toner what should i do exercise wise... right now i do a 20 min cardio video 3 days a week and a circuit traing video 3 days a week 25min.... should i do alot more strength training?

    Have you tried Jillian Michaels DVDs yet? I recommend Ripped in 30 (a bit more intense than 30DS) and a lot of members have had great results with her workouts. Good luck!
