Sorry for the BMR ? but I am new and confused

I am going to apologize in advance because I can clearly see that this topic has been covered a number of times but I just don’t get it. It has to do with the whole BMR/daily calorie stuff. I have been eating better and doing lots of cardio & strength but the scale is not moving and I have a pretty good feeling I am not taking in enough calories. Here goes

I chose sedentary
Exercise 6 days/60min
Under my Goals, here is what I see:
Net Calories Consumed* / Day 1,330 calories/day
Calories Burned / Week 2,340 calories/week
From Normal Daily Activity 1,830 calories/day
Under BMR:
1463 calories
What should my daily calorie goal be for me to lose weight?

I think this calculator is pretty easy. You do BMR and use that to calculate Daily Calorie Intake. Mine came out to 1381 and on MFP it is 1390 so pretty accurate.0 -

Thanks for that info. I just did it and here were my results:
BMR - 1537.35
x1.55 (moderate activity) = 2383
-500= 1883
1883 is close to what MFP gave me as the normal daily activity
So is it just safe to choose a number between the 1330 & 1830?0
