Help-- When I exercise I can eat more calories. But I'm not

Okay today's dumbness...I actually got slightly bummed that I'm supposed to eat more today. My numbers are:
Calories Carbs Fat Protein Chol Sugar
Normal allowance 1,350 186 45 51 300 27
Today's allowance 1,451 199 48 54 300 29
Left to do today 810 110 35 12 157 0
I'm new to tracking so I wasn't even thinking the more I exercise the more I can eat. The issue is that I'm already not meeting the normal allowance. Today I went for a walk for lunch (not even a long/fast walk!) so today's allowance is higher and I'm like wtf, because I'm not hungry and I don't see how I'm going to do 810 calories for dinner.
Any suggestions on what to eat?? I was seriously going to do a milkshake and call it a day, but that'd raise my fat too much lol.
And should I NOT exercise tonight? I normally do a fast walk/slow job for 25 minutes in the evenings. (which would be about another 109 calories I'd have to eat?)
Help please.

And p.s. I'm fully aware this sounds like the world's dumbest issue on a fitneess board. "I get to eat more" :ohwell:0

I always plan my meals & snacks for the day around the exercise I plan to do. If I know I'm going to have an extra 600 cals from exercise, I make sure I eat a little more throughout the day to use them up. Remember that you don't have to wait until after you exercise to eat your exercise calories...just look at your total for the day.
A bag of nuts or an ice cream bar for a snack would help use up some of those calories for you. And how about a nice steak for dinner?? Yum!0 -

Yep...I was thinking a steak would kill those numbers! What's bad (or good) is that I can apparently have a 1/2 Outback NY strip with the blue cheese/grilled onions topping and 1/2 a baked potato with butter/sour cream and still be just a little under my numbers! That seems so crazy to me. It doesn't seem like "healthy" eating, but maybe it's normal with portion control??
And I haven't even done my evening exercise yet, so then I'll be under again.
But I do keep telling myself it's about portions not depriving myself....0
