I just bought an F6 and I read the manual but when I tried to get my own zone it went for 2 minutes then told me a really low low low target zone and I couldn't seem to reset it--What am I supposed to do to get my own target zone any hints/suggestions

I have the same problem with mine, it's hard to set the own zone. If you try a few times it will work though just keep trying. Otherwise just use the preset zones, they are fairly accurate for weight and age.

The Own Zone takes 1-5 minutes, so if it stopped after 2 minutes it may have felt like you were working too hard, or not hard enough, and set your target accordingly. You should have the opportunity to set the own zone everytime you reset and select exercise.

Is there a way to reset to the preset?

THe manual says you are supposed to increase your heart rate 10 bpm every minute but that is not what happened it stopped after 2 minutes

Yes, but above that in the manual it says "Find your Own Zone in 1-5 minutes . . . " it doesn't take the full 5 minutes for everyone to determine the right zone. Were you staying within the heart rates it recommended for each minute or were you above/below?

I was trying to do what the manual said but then it gave me a heart rate of 115-134 for my workout zone which was way to low I was running and my hr was 170-180 so my watch kept beeping it drove me crazy
