I'm not having too much trouble figuring out breakfast and dinner, but I'm stuck on lunch. I need something that doesn't require cooking b/c I eat at my desk at work. I have access to a fridge, but no other kitchen appliances.

What do you eat for lunch?

Leftovers from the night before if you have a microwave..........

    If not. Salads.

Today I had a can of tuna, half head of romaine lettuce, avocado, onion, tomato, cauliflower, brocolli slaw and home made thousand island dressing.

    Awesome salad.

My husband is on Atkins and uses Joseph's Bakery flax, oat bran & whole wheat lavash wraps. They are only 4 net carbs and 50 calories per serving. With the net carbs being so low, he is able to work them into his carb count when he wants a "sandwich-like" lunch. We found them at Walmart or BJ's Warehouse Club. Here is the website for them: http://www.josephsbakery.com/p-10222-Flax-Oat-Bran-and-Omega-3-Square-Lavash
