Up for Cooking for the week? and wanna recipe swap?

Hey All!

I have just recently started cooking all my healthy meals for the week on sunday and freezing them. This helps me to control my portions because I only thaw out one meal, instead of cooking servings for 4 and eatting 2 of them to myself :) Life is too busy and its to easy to grab something quick and full of calories and fat! I would love to meet others who do the same and would like to share recipes.

Just as a FYI I LOVE spicy food, don't eat red meat and love lentils and beans :) don't worry if you don't, we can always subsitute items in our recipes to suit our taste buds :)

    I'm in. At least for sharing recipes. I usually do cook every night, but I love freezing meals for my husband to take to work.
    I also love cooking spicy.
