I found the biggest motivator

I just put a shirtless pic in my photo album. No way do I wanna continue looking like that, so I'm definitely motivated to do better.

Great Job!
you will be surprised how that works. I put a photo of me taken in 1996 at my highest weight and that motivated me to not go back to that. I've been working my butt off not to go back there. I will be glad to support you every step of the way. cheer for you on your accomplishments.0 -

You are going to do great! Pictures give great motivation and shows you the progress you will make along the way. I have quite a few along w/ one of when I was at my goal weight. I'm just not brave enough to post them.

hahahaha, Notice he stopped doing it, though, and just watches other people do the challenges now. I bet he got some bad test results or something. You can also tell from season 1 through the end he had packed on lbs.0
