How do I log my Crossfit workouts into the Exercise section?

    Just guessing, but I would log it as circuit training.
  • It would depend on the workout, imo. You wouldn't log a CF total day (squat/DL/OH press) as a circuit training day. Just use your best judgement
  • Either strength training/weight lifting or circuit training, depending on the WOD. :)

    I bought a Heart rate monitor watch with chest strap, then i would enter it as "crossfit" under cardio and enter my time and calories burned according to the watch... every day is different and MFP doesnt account for your lifting so this was the most effective way that I found. Good luck! :)
