I have some good food recipes on my Blog (With more to come.) I'm currently doing a walking/jogging routine (Sort of like the couch to 5k) and Zumba. Zumba is really fun and you burn A LOT of calories in a short amount of time. I would suggest getting a HRM (heart rate monitor) because myfitnesspal's database in the exercise tab for calories burned is a little higher than it actually is.

second the zumba....and walking/jogging intervals....30 day shred...awesome too...but yeah HRM very great to have so you know exactly what ur burning...i have polar ft4 off amazon for $80 it was my xmas present to myself...its a great motivator!!!0
