I'm Mauri from Sydney. I have lost 5.5kg in the last few months and aiming for another 3kg in the next 4-5 weeks but more importnantly I want to tone rather than lose weight for the sake of weight.

I train 5-6 days per week at a local gym in Parramatta (M-F) and then Hornsby 1 day per week.

Looking for a gym buddy with similar aims to add that little bit of extra "oomf" into the workout.

Usual times for the work out is from 6am-6:30am for about an hour.
