    Hi my name is Joyce, I am knew to this wevsite. I think it is great! I have a question. I wanted to enter an exercise from the database. I found it ubt was unable to enter to my daily exercise. what am I doing wrong! LOL

    Hi Jocelyn,
    I go into the tab that says exercise enter the kind of exercise I did and I usually try to calculate the calories and I update it and just add. I haven't tried doing it from my phone.
    Hope this works.
