Every day I walk between 45 minutes to an hour and a half, as i walk to and from work and try to also walk on lunch, but I work a desk job where I sit all day. I have my settings set to sedentary, because it said "desk job" beside it, is that right? One of my co workers was talking earlier and it made me second guess myself because if the walking.
As far as my progress goes, I'm not losing, it doesn't matter if I'm netting 1200 to lose a pound a week or 1320 to lose 0.5, doesn't matter if I eat back exercise calories or not, heck doesn't matter if I exercise or not (from a scale view, not a health view), i am eating the same healthy foods as my boyfriend who has lost almost 20lbs so I wonder if I need to be eating more??

Yes, you are set correctly just be sure to log the 45 mins - 1 1/2 hours it takes you to walk to and from work in your exercise log. As for the not losing weight part, I can't see your diary so can't give any advice.0
