    You can find pretty reasonably prices Reebok XT hrm on Ebay. I got mine brand new on there for $40.00. Sometimes woot.com has them for super cheap also.

    A lot of running stores will carry them.

    Any sporting good store will carry them but you are going to pay more money for them there.
