I am confused on how to log the strength exercise or should I just be logging it under circuit training. I am doing arm lifts with 5lb weights. Ussing some machine at the gym where I lift 40 lbs. Three sets each...I'm doing some other things but don't know how to actually describe it but I know it strength training...I am fairly new with the exercising....Suggestions and help please....

I personally don't log strength training as a caloric burn. I do upper and lower in circuit-style twice a week. Lifting shorts reps at high weight and I tend to burn an average of about 3 cal per minute over the course of the hour. Which is about the same as I burn when I'm cooking. I don't log cooking as an activity, so I don't log strength. I track the actual reps/weights in the strength section and that's all.0
