good effort, keep up the great effort, do you measure, that is a reward as well, weight and the scale can lie and depress you, measuring is so much more gratifying. I have gained 5 pounds and realized that I have been gaining muscle because I have kept measurments.
Keep up the awesome work, that is great, so great0 -
You look great! If you could give 2-3 tips... what would they be?0

Uh...lol...I switch it up a lot! Swimming, Insanity, running, 30DS, JM Yoga meltdown....and I stay under on my calories most days. Oh, and I dont eat back my exercise calories. (Most days, atleast)0 -
Awesome job! And thank you for your service (and of course your hubby's) to our country. I know a lot of people actually never think that the significant others serve as well, but I've been there for a bit, so THANK YOU!0

Your journey is a lot like mine. I was almost 225 lbs when I started. And a 40 pound loss was my first goal. But now I think I will change it from a 40 pound loss to a 55 pound loss.
Thanks for giving your story because it has given me encouragement.

Wow.
I was 183 odd lb for years and my ex husband considered me so fat I was unattractive. Since then I've cranked on the fat and am near your start weight. I'm looking at 183 and thinking there is absolutely nothing wrong with that weight and you certainly do look attractive. What an eye-opener.
PS: well done.0 -
