Okay... So I started the ripped in 30 workout tonight... I thought I was in pretty good shape, I am an active person, walk over a mile every day go to the gym or do some other form of exercise at least twice a week... Not a whole lot of strength training though... I did the ripped in 30 for the first time tonight and I literally felt like I was going to lose my dinner at the end of the workout.... I mean it really kicked my butt...

What is anyone else's thoughts on this workout dvd. how has it worked for you? how did you feel just starting out and did you stick with it for the 30 days?

I love this dvd! I did do it the full 30 days, and it toned my legs a lot! I'm doing her six week six pack right now, that's pretty good so far.

I did it once, half assed last year and lost 10 pounds...
I 'm going to start tomorrow again. After the first week, that nausia feeling after doing goes away.

I did the 6 week 6 pack... I really liked it... I don't remember feeling nauseous at all, but its really intense...

Thats good news! I can do the workout, I can put up with the nausea as long as I know, "this too shall pass". :-) Thanks for the light at the end of the tunnel.

I hear ya! I make sure not to do this soon after eating because of that very concern, so after dinner would not work for me. I am on Week 3 and it has been a challenge! I think it is worth it though . . .

I've only done the first workout (I started this week) I found it really easy! I think it must be because Jillian already kicked my butt and got me in shape doing the 30 Day Shred (I had a week and a bit off in between). In saying that, I did work up a big sweat and felt like I was exercising, it is just that when I started 30DS I couldn't finish ANYTHING this time I could do all of the exercises first try. I was sore the next day though.
    I love Jillian!!

I did wait the recommend hour after dinner before working out. :-)

I have done a lot of her videos in the past. I have the 30 day shred, the burn fat boost metabolism, 6 week 6 pack, and tons of others... probably got enough Jillian OR Bob Harper to do workouts for at least 2 weeks and not repeat... I just don't do them often enough... I end up doing mostly cardio, like the elyptical when i go to the gym.... So my muscles are sorely lacking in strength... SO I'm thinking that is probably why it kicked my butt so bad... But I'm excited to see results...
