Pre Insanity workout snack?

I started month two of Insanity today. The workouts are longer and to me its like starting all over again in the amount of work that you have to do. I usually have a snack about an hour before the workout, mostly a protein bar or a snack bar of some type (I try to keep it with low sugar, med carb and high protein) just because it's hard for me to eat things with no real nutritive value in them. Today, I had some cashews because I didn't have any eggs to boil and I ran out of my snack bars. About 40 minutes into the workout, with 20 minutes left, I was DEAD on my feet. I just couldn't really focus and I felt like I needed a nap. Is there something really good to eat that will carry me through this? I'd love to give it all I have, sweating and breathing heavy when I am done, but today I just couldn't push myself. Any input would be greatly appreciated

I go for E&E and a banana typically before a workout.0 -
Do you eload? That might help you... you can mix it in a bottle of water and drink it during your workout.0

I did it first thing in the morning and didn't eat a thing... I would load up on some water and then go with it! Afterwards I would either have Shakeology or my usual breakfast and I had great results! Hope this helps! Currently I am doing a hybrid of Insanity and Les Mills Pump... Love it! Good luck0

Do you mean a trainer, by coach? If so, then no.
I don't know what eloading is
And I drink TONS of water before hand and usually have some eggs and a slice of toast (a bit of carbs and some protein) afterwards or a protein shake.
I may have just been tired from work but tomorrow a friend is doing it with me. I'm always WAY more motivated when I have a friend trying too.0
