Recipe I want to try

So a friend of mine at work told me about this yummy sounding recipe....Homemade wontons...They sound so good, but I am not sure how good they are for me...I really want to try them...Maybe someone out there has ideas on how to make them healthier?

She uses wonton wraps, cream cheese, and olive oil. She puts the cream cheese in the wonton wrapper and then I guess fries them in the olive oil.

I have no ideas on calories or anything like that...how would I even calculate...any ideas? I enjoy eating out, but feel it;s healthier and cheaper to eat at home

Use the recipe builder to get the stats. Fried + Cream cheese probably isn't the healthiest thing ever but as a special treat it would probably be okay.

You can use low-fat cream cheese (don't do the fat free) and then bake them. Spray a pan with Pam and then bake them until they get a little crispy. You can spray the tops of the wonton skins too, or brush the skins with a dab of olive oil. Use the recipe builder to calculate the calories.

The regular recipe is just a dab of the cream cheese on the wonton skin, fold it up, and then fry them--takes about a minute to fry each one.
