How ''toned'' could I get in 3 months?

Sorry if this is an awkward question, but some info:
5'1
112 lbs (w/ some water weight I'm currently losing)
18 yrs old
I do weight training 2-3X per week
Cardio 2-3X per week.
If I eat healthy and keep this up, could I go from being skinny fat to looking something like this?

Could I still get really good results if I cut out cardio?
..In short, I'm wondering how long I might have to wait to see significant results like above.

its almost impossible to tell you how long it'll take without a picture of what you actually look like. just make sure you are eating in a deficiency and you should get there in no time .0

I think you can do it with a proper diet (having almost exactly the same stats as you have!) but definitely depends on where you are now.
I've been doing HIIT workouts and I already see some definition all over (1.5 months). Just having a hard time adding protein and decreasing carbs....carbs are delicious.0 -
Well, I'm somewhat bloated with a 27'' waist.
Sorry, I have no pics right now.0 -
That girl isn't really "toned," but she is skinny. Could you get that skinny? Sure, especially at 112lbs. But I bet if you lifted heavy and watched what you ate you'd look a lot better than that picture in 3 months.0

LOL. I was thinking the same thing about the girl in the picture. She doesn't have any definitions.0 -

Toning is a variation on the exercise science term of tonus. Which refers to the firmness of your muscle at rest. Usually your biceps extended are the most obvious one to see. Since muscle is mainly water filled, exercised routinely and gained by proper diet that includes enough protein and such... Your best bet is to weight train responsibly, eat properly with abundant protein and drink lots of water.
The rest is in time and your genetics hands.0 -
I can't see the link on my phone but in 13 weeks time I basically went from skinny fat to all the way toned just in time for a Vegas vacation! I started with p90x (didn't finish or use the videos in the correct order) and moved onto jillians ripped in 30..I did no cardio...but already liked the weight/size I was at! Good luck sweets!!!0
